In Johns Creek, Georgia, we were working on sealing a parking lot to prevent it from deteriorating. Our customer was watching part of the process, fascinated by it and said, “what a neat process to watch them squeegee the
sealer on the parking lot.”
The time it takes to seal a parking lot will depend on how large the lot is and how many coats are needed. Sealing can usually be done within one afternoon, but it takes up to 8 hours to dry. We put on two
coats for this job, and with the drying time, the lot would be ready the next day! Our customer loved our work and their new knowledge of asphalt sealing.
They also commented on how smooth the finished product looked!

Keeping Johns Creek Subdivision Safe Through Sealcoating
Keeping residential streets and roads smooth and updated promotes the safety of the people who live in the area – including families with children that frequently play outside. We enjoy each and every job we are given, and keeping neighborhood roads safe and clean is especially satisfying.
We were informed of a sealcoating project for a subdivision in Johns Creek via our association with the Building Owners & Managers Association International (BOMA). The surface was rather beat up and cracked, but we fixed the problem by sealcoating the entire road. This process allows the asphalt to remain protected again further deterioration. Wildcat Striping & Sealing was able to exceed the expectations of our client by providing much nicer looking roads that will also be better protected for a longer duration of time.
